Dreams: I would love to travel around and see the world. I don't want to just assume how great places are from watching documentaries or mouth of words. My dream is to experience different cultures, discover inspiring stories, learn the essence of histories and meet interesting people

The most memorable moment: When I was 18, I was chosen as the Top 10 Young Artists in Hong Kong. Eight of my artworks were exhibited for a week. I was very honored and excited because my hard work finally paid off and was recognized

What is a healthy lifestyle?: A healthy lifestyle does not only include clean diet and exercise regularly. I believe it is more about finding balance in all aspects of life, including work and leisure, which can eventually help us to attain a peaceful and calm mindset

Which city will be the best place to realize your dream?: Vancouver, I fell in love with this city right after I started living here not because of its climate and scenic environment, people here are also diverse, friendly and welcoming

Among the cities you have ever visited / stayed, which city is the most impressive?: Cancun, I still remember, looking at the Caribbean Sea, I was amazed by all the places and possibilities that lied over the horizon. I felt like the whole world was out there, just waiting for me with endless possibilities

Places you wish to visit and why?: Mount Roraima in Venezuela. As I enjoy hiking, I would love to go to the "Paradise Falls" in the 2009 Pixar film "Up",because it has one of the oldest geological formations with a distinctive ecosystem and some of the most magnificent waterfalls in the world. On top of that, culturally, the mountain reflects a long history of the indigenous people, who are featured prominently by their myths and folklore

Fav. Miss Chinese Vancouver and why?: Miss Chinese Vancouver 2000 Bernice Liu, being the first Miss Chinese Vancouver who captured the Miss Chinese International title, she has a professional and respectable attitude towards her acting career. She has also turned her interests and dream into her own business with determination and constant hard work

Do you have any expectations towards the Pageant?: To gain a unique experience and helpful skills which can help me to empower myself and give back to the society

What areas do you want to better yourself?: I would like to become more confident and improve my presentation in front of the public

Reasons for joining the Pageant: I want to take this opportunity to improve myself. I am excited about gaining knowledge beyond textbooks to broaden my horizons, and open up to more opportunities

What is the most beautiful object or incident in the world?: Newborn baby in their mother's hands, newborn baby is full of purity and innocence of life. Caring and nurturing side of the mother also brings out their best chivalrous instincts

Who is your female role model and why?: My mother. For me, a successful female should be able make achievements in her career and strive to provide care, support and love for her family

Why do you think you will excel at this Pageant and be crowned Miss Chinese Vancouver?: I am determined and always try my best in what I do. My passion and sincerity will help me to be crowned as Miss Chinese Vancouver

If you won this contest, how, as Miss Chinese Vancouver, would you contribute to the society and the world?: I have participated in different community servicing in the past and firmly believe that having a healthy body, balanced mindset and beautiful heart is the key to our well-being. I would dedicate myself to civil service and be actively involved in volunteer work. I would also like to use my influence to inspire others in my community to help those in need
