- I've had many memorable moments from travels, to first jobs, to acceptance letters, but the most recent memorable moment is when I received the call to say I am chosen to participate in this year's pageant
- What is a healthy lifestyle
- To me, a healthy lifestyle is to live a balanced life. This means eating healthy but also allowing indulgence, while of course staying active. I also believe a healthy lifestyle requires a healthy soul which can be achieved by appreciating all the small things, laughing often, feeling grateful, and keeping a calm and open mind
- Which city will be the best place to realize your dream
- Hong Kong as all my relatives live there. As well, Hong Kong is a city full of opportunities. It is truly the Big Apple of Asia
- Among the cities you have ever visited / stayed, which city is the most impressive
- I love all of Italy. But Amalfi Coast is my favorite as it is such a romantic town and the views are incredible. The food is also amazing, with unforgettable architecture and landscape
- Places you wish to visit and why
- On the top on my list are Iceland and Vienna. I want to visit Iceland to try their renowned hot springs, and to see the picturesque landscapes in person. I want to visit Vienna because my sister loves it so much, so I have to see experience it in person too

- Miss Chinese Vancouver 2000 Bernice Liu, she impressively learned both Cantonese and Mandarin which led to her success today in entertainment industry in Hong Kong and China. She is also living one of my dreams as a wine sommelier who owns a vineyard in Europe!

- My collarbone, I think it is a feminine and delicate feature

- To do my best and appreciate the whole experience and finish the Pageant with new friends

- To improve my self-confidence, patience, and comfort in front of the camera and audience
- Reasons for joining the Pageant
- I wanted to do something out of my comfort zone, and to challenge myself
- What is the most beautiful object or incident in the world
- The innocence of a child, it reminds us of a time when we were our most honest, open minded and sincere selves
- Who is your female role model and why
- My aunt, she is the most caring, giving and generous person I have ever known. She always puts her family ahead of herself, taking care of everyone's needs before her own, and she always does it while making everyone around her laugh. To me she is a superwoman
- Why do you think you will excel at this Pageant and be crowned Miss Chinese Vancouver
- Miss Chinese Vancouver to me has always been about being young, well-rounded and beautiful. She has to be elegant, intelligent, talented, interesting, pretty, ambitious, and passionate. I believe I have all those qualities and more
- If you won this contest, how, as Miss Chinese Vancouver, would you contribute to the society and the world
- I would devote myself to meaningful charity work, and to being a role model for younger girls to strive not only for outer beauty, but more importantly for inner beauty. As well, I would use my influence to increase awareness and action on problems I am passionate about, such as global warming
