A Treat from Terrace, BC!

I was born and raised in the small northern town of Terrace, British Columbia. Terrace is a beautiful place to grow up, as it is surrounded by mountain ranges, and there are many great places to hike, do water sports, as well as winter sports!

Here are some photos of Terrace, many of which my good friend Ezra took! He is an amazing photographer and I'm a big fan of how he captures my hometown in his photography! I hope you enjoy!

 

I'm in this picture below, jumping from the 24ft and 32ft (if i remember correctly) platforms at the canyon! Wee!

In Terrace, it is just a short drive to escape the city lights, and perfect for viewing the most beautiful northern lights!

Below are the northern lights over the lake, and to the right is a picture of Shames mountain!

Skiing and snowboarding at the top of Shames mountain can make you feel like you're on top of the world!

Playing with light shows how lively and creative we are!

People of Terrace are so creative, we bring our own artistic flair. Below is a picture sparking up the forest!

And finally, a picture taken at the top of Terrace mountain, looking over the Skeena river and the "old bridge," as we call it.

There is so much of Terrace I'd love to show the world! Although a single blog post would never do it justice, this is the best I can do for now!
