orange is the new black

so much to catch up on... let's start with the Women's Hospital Press Conference :) 

This was our first actual PUBLIC and live exposure, I spoke in front of x many people at Aberdeen (all three levels were packed with audience members. omg.) I felt emotional for the girls who had so many fans out there cheering for them! I legit wanted to cry, can't imagine how artists feel at their own concerts. 

As you can see from all the above photos, I'm wearing the same orange dress, but these were actually worn for different events! The first big one was the Women's Hosptial Press Conference, and the second occasion was for our TV interviews which will both be aired on FairchildTV on November 26 @ 10:15PM, December 2 @ 6:15PM, and December 3 @ 10:15PM.

I can't believe the show is in less than three weeks !!!! It feels like it's been a long journey, but far too short at the same time. This has been such an interesting experience, because you're expected to devote and commit everything to this training, and who in their right mind wouldn't?! But... real life does inevitably get in the way, as everyone deals with their own personal problems. This is where I think most of my self-growth has come from so far. My ability to prioritize and compartmentalize emotions and thoughts have improved greatly. I can't believe how far we've come, each of us, as individuals, as participants, and especially as friends :)

As the event date becomes closer, I'm getting antsy to find out which three of us will take those crowns. I realize it's not a competition, because it's impossible to be compared to each other. Each one of the girls has their own amazing qualities, so it's all about doing your personal best. The outcome won't matter if you can genuinely say you gave it all you got. Stay tuned! It's countdown time!
